The successful applicants will ideally have:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
Previous experience using Open Table
Greeting & Seating Guests
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
