• MUST HAVE, Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
• MUST HAVE, 5+ years experience in a Senior Hospitality role (luxury environment)
• MUST HAVE, 3+ years experience training development and facilitation
• NICE TO HAVE, working in an automotive dealer environment

Pay:

• Expect to Earn: $80,000 to $120,000/year
• Two weeks paid time off each year
• Benefits after 90-Days (negotiable)
• Relocation assistance: negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience Strategy

• Develop comprehensive, concierge-level service strategies
• Create innovative processes setting new industry standards
• Implement luxury hospitality best practices in automotive environment
• Establish customer journey maps and design personalized experiences

• Training and Development

• Design and conduct dynamic hospitality and customer service training sessions
• Create a luxury hotel-style hospitality training manual
• Develop role-specific training modules for all departments
• Implement mentoring programs and organize regular refresher courses

• Process Improvement and Innovation

• Analyze and enhance customer service processes
• Implement innovative solutions inspired by luxury industries
• Introduce new technologies to improve customer experiences
• Develop continuous feedback and improvement systems

• Customer Relationship Management

• Develop strategies for personalized customer experiences
• Refine loyalty programs to enhance customer retention
• Establish communication and relationship nurturing protocols

• Interdepartmental Collaboration

• Ensure consistent application of hospitality principles across departments
• Facilitate seamless customer journey through interdepartmental cooperation
• Organize cross-departmental workshops and develop collaborative KPIs
