Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for various tasks within the food service environment, contributing to a positive atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing orders and transactions. Assist with portioning and stocking food while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling protocols. Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment and enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store front and kitchen as required.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Work Location: In person
