. As part of our manager team, you'll play a vital role in shaping daily operations, supporting staff growth, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional wellness journey.Experience in hospitality is appreciated.
What You'll Do
As Manager, you'll manage on-site teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the spa:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily activities, monitor quality, and ensure the spa runs efficiently.
Guest Experience:
Deliver exceptional service, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve concerns quickly and empathetically.
Team Support:
Step in hands-on when needed to support staff or cover key duties.
Maintenance Oversight:
Address minor maintenance issues directly and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure tasks are completed properly.
This role is part of a
two-manager team
on a shift rotation schedule, overseen by the spa owners. Teams are supported through an omnichannel digital system with strong integration across our management tools.
