Det\xe2\x80\x99on Cho Hospitality Group is excited to be launching our Hospitality Management Trainee Program, which offers two-year work contract with a competitive salary, good benefits, and challenging and relevant work in your field of study.

During the training program, you will be exposed to at least three (3) different areas of the Det\xe2\x80\x99on Cho Management LP businesses. You will develop a strong understanding of how the organization works, the diverse skills required to be successful and what the different long term career opportunities that exist within the greater Det\xe2\x80\x99on Cho group of companies.

You will receive 100% online learning, on the job training and mentoring to help you be successful in every area that you work in.

After two years of working with Det\xe2\x80\x99on Cho Hospitality Group you will have a wealth of transferrable knowledge and skills that you can use to forward your career. We anticipate that our Hospitality Management Trainee will find permanent positions within the Det\xe2\x80\x99on Cho group of Companies and continue to enjoy all the benefits of our diverse industries and career paths.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

be a Yellowknives Dene member.
have high school diploma or equivalent and/or be a mature student.
a minimum of a two (2) year commitment
