Aramark is hiring a Hospitality Coordinator to manage conference and catering services for a prominent business in Toronto. The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for the planning, ordering, coordination, and flawless execution of daily catered events. This position is responsible for events from start to finish including receiving menu orders, food ordering, event details, budgets, invoicing and procuring external items as required.
The successful candidate will be an important member of the client\'s hospitality services team and therefore would be hands on with all aspects of hospitality on the conference floors - from greeting guests, to setting up rooms and clean-up as required. They must have a demonstrated commitment to excellence in client service by providing a level of service that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
