We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Admin to join our Brand & Culture team in Regina. This role offers a range of responsibilities, encompassing sales, marketing, and HR tasks. As the "guardian" of projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their successful completion. Please read the following to discover the diverse responsibilities that await you:

  • Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by gathering and organizing necessary information and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Assist the brand team in maintaining and enhancing our hotel\'s brand image through consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and support documents. Present information and rate sheets effectively to prospective clients, leaving them eager to experience our unparalleled hospitality.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to help drive informed decision-making and stay ahead of the game.
  • Assist with corporate reservations, managing guest profiles and rate codes in our reservation system.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in our corporate client bookings, providing seamless experiences for our valued corporate clients.
  • Support the team in preparing sales and VIP guest gifts, creating unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression on our esteemed guests.
  • Assist the HR team by creating and distributing internal collateral such as posters, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Skillfully type out sales notes and enter them into our property management system. Print weekly activity lists and account profile pages for the sales team. Conduct sales activity audits and assist in preparing for sales trips.

  • Proven experience in hotel/hospitality, marketing, or a related industry.
  • A certificate or diploma in Administration would be considered an asset, however, previous experience will be taken into consideration as well.
This position offers the opportunity to work onsite as many of the duties cannot be fulfilled offsite.
