About the Opportunity: A safe, collaborative learning environment including hands-on training with our talented and tenured horticulturalists on some of the most beautiful properties in the Okanagan Valley. We are a full-service company meaning you will be doing pruning and cleanup, full bed maintenance, insect and pest management, and winter preparation. We have our own construction, irrigation, and lawn crews to complement your work so the focus of this position will be on providing care and quality maintenance to our clients while deriving pride in your own efforts. The Rest: Hourly rate: $20-$25/hr commensurate with experience. Hours of work: Our shifts are typically 8 hrs rather than the industry norm of 10. Balance!
