Join Our Team as a Horticultural Account Manager!

Seasonal Contract from March 2026 - December 2026

We're looking for a

Horticultural Account Manager

to join our close-knit team for a

seasonal contract beginning in March 2026.

This is a maternity leave replacement position with great opportunities for other similar positions after this contract is completed. In this role, you'll manage the care and enhancement of our maintenance clients' landscapes --combining design, horticulture, and client service to create spaces people love.

What You'll Do:

Client Care & Landscape Management

Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of client properties, ensuring quality, beauty, and seasonal vitality. Provide expert advice to clients on plant care, selection, and design ideas. Build strong client relationships rooted in trust, communication, and satisfaction.

Project Planning & Coordination

Prepare estimates and schedules for Landscape Maintenance and enhancement projects. Coordinate resources, timelines, and materials to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage plant sourcing, ordering, and inventory in alignment with seasonal needs.

Design & Collaboration

Design and implement garden enhancements, including softscapes, flower beds, and pathways. Collaborate with the design team to bring creative, functional outdoor spaces to life for our landscape maintenance clients. Support the senior designer with seasonal planning and design projects.

Seasonal Responsibilities

Adapt to changing priorities through the seasons--supporting winter planning, estimating, and special projects as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
