Horseback Riding Instructor
Are you interested in spending your summer on a lake in Algonquin Park? Do you have a passion for canoeing? If so, then you should come be a part of the Taylor Statten Camps staff team!
The Taylor Statten Camps are Canada's oldest fourth generational family-run traditional summer camp. We are located on Canoe Lake in Algonquin Provincial Park. The camp is made up of Camp Wapomeo for Girls and Camp Ahmek for Boys. Our camper's age varies from 6 - 16.

We are currently seeking One
Horseback Riding Instructor/Stablehand
.This position involves teaching horseback riding to Ahmek and Wapomeo campers at the stables which are over at Ahmek. A fair amount of the day is spent at Ahmek, as that's where the horses are. The Riding Instructors also help out with barn up-keep. The stables are used by both Ahmek and Wapomeo campers, although the site for this program is at Ahmek and the Horseback Riding Instructors live at Ahmek as well.
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
general experience around horses and barns
All positions include room, board, laundry and use of facilities.
