True Balance Longevity Inc. - Wellness Division

We are looking for a

Hormone Specialist with a primary focus on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

to join our clinical wellness team. This role is ideal for individuals who have an interest in performance, metabolic health, energy optimization, and helping clients improve strength, vitality, and overall wellbeing.

This position includes full in-house training and certification in hormone health, TRT management, and performance-based patient support.

Key Responsibilities

TRT Patient Support & Clinical Coordination

Work directly with healthcare providers to support TRT clients. Coordinate follow-ups, lab work, medical reviews, and treatment plan updates. Prepare patient charts, review labs, and ensure accurate documentation.

Performance & Hormone Education

Educate clients on TRT expectations, treatment guidelines & medication use

Client Consultations

Conduct one-on-one assessments to understand client concerns, symptoms, and goals to then be reviewed by our medical team

Ongoing Monitoring & Follow-Up

Track client progress, review bloodwork, and adjust recommendations based on clinical data. Maintain accurate patient records across our EMR systems.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with medical providers, lab services, and the wellness division to deliver integrated, high-quality TRT care.

Experience or strong interest in:

TRT / Hormone Therapy

Performance nutrition

Fitness coaching

Clients engaged in TRT often prioritize these goals, so applicants with this background will be highly valued.

Communication Skills:

Confident, clear communicator who can explain TRT concepts and lifestyle recommendations in an accessible, supportive way.

Clinical & Client Care Mindset:

Motivated to help clients improve energy, performance, and long-term health through personalized hormone and wellness support.

Team Orientation:

Comfortable working with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
