Overview:

As a Driller at Xact Drilling, you will play a pivotal role in executing our drilling operations with precision and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will involve operating drilling equipment, overseeing drilling activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with our project teams to execute drilling plans efficiently, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver superior results to our clients. Responsibilities:



Drilling Operations:

Operate drilling equipment in accordance with project specifications and safety protocols. Perform drilling activities with precision and efficiency to achieve project objectives.

Safety and Quality Assurance:

Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards throughout all drilling operations. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, and other team members to coordinate drilling activities and ensure project requirements are met safely and on time.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Report any equipment malfunctions or deficiencies promptly to minimize downtime.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep accurate records of drilling activities, including drilling logs, equipment usage, and any incidents or deviations from the plan. Provide regular progress updates to supervisors as required.

Qualifications:



Previous experience as a driller or in a related field is preferred. Proficiency in operating drilling equipment and machinery. Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to drilling operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions. AZ restricted license with no violations is an asset.

Work Schedule:

Please note that this position requires a Monday to Friday schedule. We value consistency and reliability in our team members' schedules to ensure efficient project management and timely completion of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
