Job Description

Duties



Greet customers and provide product recommendations Maintain product knowledge (materials, care, usage) Keep displays clean, organized, and attractive Handle cash, POS transactions, returns, and exchanges Restock shelves and assist with inventory checks Keep the store clean and follow opening/closing procedures Share customer feedback and work closely with the team
Skills we need:

1. Fluent in both Japanese and English is a strong asset

2.Strong skills in influencing customer decisions and handling negotiations

3.Solid grasp of retail calculations, such as discounts, margins, and sales ratio

4.Confident using POS systems, sales tools, and customer management software

5.Able to perform well independently and collaborate effectively with the team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week
