Note:

the role is Part Time and expected to move to Full Time in the future as we grow in the Ottawa region. The role will be covering the Ottawa and Cornwall region. MagGas Medical will be providing a vehicle.

Role Responsibilities:

Vehicle maintenance and inspections before and after use, compliance with policies and procedures and highway rules and regulations Deliveries, setups, and pickups of home medical/oxygen equipment within an assigned route in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner Set up and training of equipment for new oxygen patients and delivery to existing patients Attend to patient needs by delivering products according to daily schedule and as committed Instruct clients in equipment operation and safety procedures Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and repairs when necessary Complete daily inventory tasks and coordinate with inventory Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be available for after hours/on-call emergency service on a rotational basis Appropriately complete necessary documentation as required for client records and billing

Considered an asset:

Previous work experience in driving/delivery involving customer service Work experience in a physically demanding environment Previous training in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
