Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Worker.. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to male individual who will undergo hip surgery. Your role will involve caregiving, medication administration, and ensuring the overall well-being of the client. Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and support to client, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Monitor and document changes in clients\' physical and mental health
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for client
- Performing light housekeeping, shop, laundry mending clothes and cook - Accompany in medical check-ups and other appointments - Provide emotional and physical companionship to the female elder who is in remission from breast cancer Qualifications: - At least Secondary Education 2 years
- Client focus, dependable, organized, reliable, patient and trust worthy
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs
- Familiarity with assisted living is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
