Duties

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with case management tasks to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Engaging in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction. Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in medication administration and patient care. Background in hospice care or senior care settings is preferred. Familiarity with case management processes and assisted living environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. A compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
