Community Connections Support Services is seeking applications from community minded professionals interested in assisting people who have a disability to live more inclusively in their community.

This 7 hour per week position as Home Share Coordinator involves the orientation, recruitment, screening and ongoing monitoring of home sharing contractors.

Interested applicants will have a background in human services, a commitment to excellence in customer service and will have a personal philosophy that supports dignity and autonomy for all. This is an outreach position that requires the maintenance of a home based office, use of a personal vehicle at work and computer skills (including the use of the Internet and word processing and spreadsheet software, etc.).
