Home Renovation Crew Wanted - Multiple Positions (Durham Region)

Full-Time | Contract-Based | Start Date: To Be Confirmed

We are building out a

new trusted crew

to take on a full residential renovation project in the Durham Region. Our existing team is active and reliable -- now we're expanding so we can

run multiple projects at the same time.

We're looking for

serious tradespeople only

. If you're dependable, skilled, and have pride in your work, this could be a solid long-term opportunity. If you're the type to cut corners, show up late, or take shortcuts -- do not apply. We will not hesitate to let people go who don't meet the standard.

Positions Available:

Demolition workers Drywall repair & painters Carpenters (framing, finish, trim) Plumbers Electricians General renovation laborers / handymen
We're also open to additional trades such as tilers, flooring installers, insulation crews, HVAC techs, and window/door installers. If you've got useful experience, let us know.

Requirements:

Real experience on job sites (formal or informal) Own tools for your trade Reliable transportation Show up on time, every day Ability to take direction, work with a team, and accept feedback Respect for the jobsite, the client's home, and the people around you

Site Monitoring & Accountability:

Security cameras will be recording all entries, exits, and work activity This is

for insurance purposes and to prevent time theft

If you're doing your job right, you won't even notice they're there -- but understand that

everything is monitored

Zero Tolerance Policy:

We do not tolerate:

Disrespect to the team, the jobsite, or the client Substance use of any kind during work hours Chronic lateness or failure to show up Poor quality work or refusal to improve

Violations of these terms will result in immediate termination. No discussion.

Job Details:

Location: Durham Region (exact location provided before start) Schedule: Weekdays (approx. 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Pay: Based on experience and trade (discussed individually) Start Date: Flexible -- project-based with potential for ongoing work
