We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Certified & Insured Home Renovation Contractor

to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential projects, including

kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and basement finishing

. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, meeting deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and complete renovation projects according to client specifications and timelines Perform a wide range of tasks including carpentry, drywall, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing work Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades as required Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and project managers

Requirements:

Must be

certified and insured

for residential renovation work in Ontario Proven experience in home renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, and basements) Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing full renovation projects from start to finish Specialized skills in cabinetry, tile work, or custom carpentry Knowledge of energy-efficient and modern building practices

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time or part-time positions available Competitive pay based on experience, with potential performance bonuses
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
