The Operations Lead has general accountability to coordinate and support delegated operational activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Community Support Services Supervisor, the Operations Lead will provide mentoring and, on the job training consistent with ONE CARE quality and client service best practices for assigned programs. The Operations Lead collaborates with ONE CARE clients and staff and contributes to effective daily operations ensuring high service standards are achieved. This is a Hybrid Role with requirement to travel within the client service area and office locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
University or College Diploma in a related field (Human Services/Business/Health Sciences) from a recognized educational institution. Registered Heath professionals may be required for some programs.
Minimum of three years' operations experience preferably in a health-related discipline.
Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with enhanced skills in Excel as well as experience with Scheduling Management Systems.
Ability to Maintain confidential client and family information files in electronic records (such as AlayaCare/CIMS, Total Health Care and Trip Spark/NOVUS.)
Self-motivated with the ability to independently organize multiple tasks and adjust with changing priorities.
Exceptional client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as part of a team with leadership and direct reports.
Ability to Speak French would be considered and asset.
Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
