Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Duties

Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help clients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety at all times. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical equipment when necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols is advantageous.
