Qualifications/Educational Requirements
Successful completion of a Provincial-approved Health Care Aide or equivalent is a must.
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-Minimum 2 doses
Ability to read, write, and speak English as needed for the job
Possess a
Valid Driver's License
and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
Access to a smartphone to utilize GPS clock in/out technology and client care documentation .
This shift will be casual work and based all over Edmonton. Must have a reliable vehicle and a drivers license.

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health plans.
Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans diligently.
Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and safety protocols in home care settings.
Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications.
