Home Comfort Advisor

to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend HVAC solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship-building, consultative sales, and achieving targets. Strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

Provide customized home comfort solutions to new and existing customers Build and maintain trusting, long-term customer relationships Communicate product knowledge and recommendations clearly and professionally Meet and exceed sales targets through effective consultative selling Work flexible hours including days, evenings, and rotating weekend on-call shifts Maintain organized records, manage follow-ups, and handle time effectively Stay current on product offerings and participate in ongoing learning Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service

Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of consumer direct sales experience

Proven track record of sales success Honest, reliable, and professional demeanour Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals Computer proficiency Must pass a

background and credit check
