Home child care provider (NOC 44100) -- live-out
Employer: Romney Family (M4W 3B4, Toronto)
Wage & hours: $21.00/hour, 30-40 h/week, Mon-Fri; occasional PD days
Start: 1 Dec 2025 (flexible)
Duties: Care for four children (1-6 years); infant/toddler care (feeding, naps, diapers); school pick-ups on foot; prepare simple nutritious meals; keep children's areas safe/clean; daily activity logs; light housekeeping related to the children.
Minimums: At least 1 year of recent paid, full-time in-home childcare with infants/toddlers; English for daily and emergency communication; ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Level C and a Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days.
Employment standards: Vacation 2 weeks/4%; overtime paid per Ontario ESA after 44 h/week.
