Home Care Supervisor

to join our team and help lead front-line caregivers in providing outstanding client care.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support PSWs and care staff to ensure quality service delivery. Conduct client assessments and update care plans. Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare partners. Manage staff scheduling and resolve day-to-day staffing issues. Provide orientation, mentorship, and performance feedback to caregivers. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with privacy and health standards. Monitor client satisfaction and respond to concerns or incidents.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Nursing, Social Services, Health Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in home care, community health, or long-term care. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
