NW & SW Calgary, AB

Schedule:

Overnight Shifts - 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Weekdays and Weekends)

About the Role:

Compassion Senior Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Health Care Aide to support senior clients living with cognitive decline, dementia, and Parkinson's in Calgary's NW and SW areas. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide consistent, one-on-one care in a calm and supportive home environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide respectful overnight support and supervision Assist with personal care, hygiene, and incontinence care Support mobility and safe transfers as needed Monitor for nighttime needs and ensure client comfort and safety Perform light housekeeping and simple meal or snack preparation if required

Ideal Candidate:

Certified Health Care Aide with 4+ years of experience Skilled in dementia, cognitive support, and Parkinson's care Mature, professional, and calm; preferably middle-aged or older Patient, observant, and committed to maintaining client dignity and safety
