To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.prairieco-op.crs What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: You will be leading and driving the operations of a given number of retail stores in a dedicated geographic area for assigned commodities in order to attain sales and profit; store management staffing; training managers; strategic planning, monitoring, and managing a variety of internal projects.

• You will be preparing annual budget; leading the HABS departments in achieving budgeted financial goals including sales, margins, expenses, employee productivity, inventory turns and overall contribution.
• You will be analyzing the existing and anticipated marketing conditions in the HABS division and make merchandising and marketing standards recommendations, leading and developing local strategic, innovative, and targeted HABS division marketing plan.
• You will be collaborating with GM and Marketing in developing and executing Customer Experience Management (CEM) Strategy and ensure standards are met consistently.
• You will be attending leadership meetings and lead change through promotion and integration of central CRS plans.

• You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Business major preferred).
• You have 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years of leadership role.
• You are a go-getter and have hands on experience in Retail/HABS industry.
