Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently, sharing feedback with management

Coach Customer Consultants to drive engagement through storytelling and demos
Meet sales and performance targets
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Skills & Competencies:
Experience in a customer-facing role and passion for retail beauty
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to build rapport and offer solutions
Positive mindset and commitment to team development
Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
Lift and move products up to 25 lbs
