Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and equipment maintenance, with experience working on heavy machinery and industrial systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment, including dealership vehicles, excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, HVAC systems, and automotive repair. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal operation of equipment across multiple industries. A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service is essential.

Duties



Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete repairs and assembly tasks Conduct welding and fabrication as needed for repairs or modifications Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and industrial equipment to ensure proper functioning Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to accurately diagnose problems Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely during maintenance procedures Maintain detailed records of service work performed and parts used Assist with installation, assembly, and testing of new equipment or machinery Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications



Proven experience working with dealership vehicles or heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm equipment Mechanical knowledge of automotive repair, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial equipment Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for diagnostics and repairs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment efficiently Experience with maintenance or mechanic work in industrial or automotive settings is preferred Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications or training in automotive repair, electrical systems, or heavy equipment operation are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
