About the Role:

TRE Designs Ltd. is currently seeking experienced

Hoist Operators

for high-rise construction projects in

Surrey

and

Vancouver

. This is a

contract-based position

, hired through our temporary labour division, with potential re-engagement on future projects based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate construction hoists to transport materials and personnel Conduct daily equipment checks and log inspections Coordinate with site crews and supervisors for efficient lift usage Ensure all hoist activities comply with WorkSafeBC safety regulations Monitor loading capacities and report any mechanical or safety concerns Support general site logistics as needed

Requirements:

Valid BC Hoist Operator Certification (Class A or B) Minimum 1-2 years experience on active construction sites Good communication and situational awareness on high-rise projects Ability to follow direction and prioritize safety at all times Punctual, dependable, and physically fit for outdoor conditions

Re-Contracting:

May be considered for future projects upon completion
