We're on the hunt for a

skilled Hoe Operator

who can swing with precision, dig with confidence, and isn't afraid to get a little dirty. Our projects span earthworks, underground utilities, and site prep across Alberta, and we're building a crew of pros who don't mess around when it comes to moving dirt.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating excavators of various sizes for trenching, loading, ditching, and fine grading Working around underground utilities (live lines, water, sewer -- you name it) Loading trucks, backfilling trenches, prepping subgrades, and assisting pipe crews Performing daily maintenance checks and reporting equipment issues Supporting a culture of safety, teamwork, and production -- in that order

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience

operating excavators in earthworks or underground utility construction Experience digging around

live utilities and trench boxes

CSTS 2020 & WHMIS

certification (or willing to obtain) Class 5 license and reliable transportation A cool head, steady hands, and a strong work ethic

Alberta - Sites vary, travel required

Schedule:

10-12 hour days, Monday-Friday (weekends when needed)
