Allsports & Cycle is seeking a Full Time Hockey Sales Specialist to join our Team!

We are looking for someone to take our hockey category and make help us improve the customer experience and help us grow this category

Your responsibilities will be:

Improve the customer experience customer service and sales equipment repair and skate sharpening as needed inventory management appraisal of used equipment
The requirements for this position are:

a passion for hockey and the equipment customer service experience willingness to be a team player proven experience excelling in a high paced environment strong attention to detail self-motivated and willing to take initiative in-depth knowledge of the sport of hockey and the equipment needed willingness to pursue product knowledge ability to quickly and thoroughly solve problems good command of English language, both written and oral availability to work weekends and evenings as needed interest in growing and advancing within the company
We are a multi-sport store and although this position is focused on hockey you will also be able to assist customers with bicycles, baseball and other sports that we carry.

Hours: 40 hours a week (Shift pattern to include weekends)

Full-time Salary: $40,000 to $55,000 with a performance bonus

Start date: As soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
