Dans vos fonctions vous aurez \xc3\xa0:

Le titulaire du poste est plac\xc3\xa9 sous l\'autorit\xc3\xa9 du responsable des services de formation (ABSTT) et est responsable du standard de formation ainsi que de la gestion du d\xc3\xa9veloppement et de la livraison des solutions et services de formation (pour tous les domaines). Cela comprend les services de formation associ\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 un contrat d\'achat d\xe2\x80\x99avion et les services offerts par le biais du catalogue des services de formation.

Le responsable du standard de formation ainsi que de la gestion des solutions et services de formation (ABSTT1) travaille avec une \xc3\xa9quipe d\xe2\x80\x99experts du training et de gestionnaire des solutions et services de formation mais aussi avec le centre de formation d\xe2\x80\x99Airbus Canada \xc3\xa0 Montr\xc3\xa9al (ABSTT2), les \xc3\xa9quipes en charge du support aux op\xc3\xa9rations a\xc3\xa9rienne (ABSTL) et toutes les \xc3\xa9quipes en charges des services de formation et bas\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 Toulouse (STT).

Le responsable du standard de formation ainsi que de la gestion des solutions et services de formation (ABSTT1) travaille aussi avec Flight Training Alliance (FTA) et Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT) qui sont les fournisseurs de formations agr\xc3\xa9\xc3\xa9s A220.

Le chef d\xe2\x80\x99ABSTT1 est responsable de l\xe2\x80\x99ex\xc3\xa9cution et/ou la livraison des solutions et des services de formations tel qu\xe2\x80\x99agr\xc3\xa9\xc3\xa9 dans les contrats d\xe2\x80\x99achat d\xe2\x80\x99avion ou vendues dans le catalogue des services. Cela inclue, mais n\xe2\x80\x99est pas limit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 :

Gestionnaire des services

  • Programmation des services
  • Rapports de formation des fournisseurs de formation agr\xc3\xa9\xc3\xa9s,
  • Rapports de formation du centre de formation d\'Airbus Montr\xc3\xa9al, Airbus SAS and Airbus Am\xc3\xa9rique,
  • Rapports d\'enqu\xc3\xaate aupr\xc3\xa8s des clients,
  • Rapports sur la capacit\xc3\xa9 des simulateurs Airbus, fournisseurs agr\xc3\xa9es et clients,
  • Utilisation des droits des clients,
Gestionnaire des solutions
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 la d\xc3\xa9finition, d\xc3\xa9veloppement et d\xc3\xa9ploiement des services et solutions de training en accord avec les plannings et les budgets
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer de la disponibilit\xc3\xa9 des solutions n\xc3\xa9cessaires au bon d\xc3\xa9roulement des formations
  • Coordonner avec tous les d\xc3\xa9partements Airbus et fournisseurs agr\xc3\xa9es pour assurer un d\xc3\xa9veloppement optimum des solutions et services de training (accord CS.SU.04)
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer du bon d\xc3\xa9ploiement et utilisation des solutions de training en accord avec les plannings
  • Proposer des am\xc3\xa9liorations des processus et outils
  • Assurer le support aux clients internes et externes
Toutes activit\xc3\xa9s, projets \xc3\xa0 la discr\xc3\xa9tion du chef des services de formation

Le candidat id\xc3\xa9al :
  • Avoir cinq ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine de la formation en aviation
  • Faire preuve d\'un fort leadership et d\'une vision strat\xc3\xa9gique
  • Est hautement ax\xc3\xa9 sur l\xe2\x80\x99orientation client
  • Est une personne disciplin\xc3\xa9e qui fixe et respecte des d\xc3\xa9lais serr\xc3\xa9s
  • Poss\xc3\xa8de de solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de gestion de projet
  • Fait preuve de comp\xc3\xa9tences de leadership \xc3\xa9prouv\xc3\xa9es

In your duties, you will be:

The job holder reports to the Head of A220 Training Services and is responsible for the management of the Training Standard, Solutions and Services deliverables (all domains). This includes Training Solutions and Services associated with an aircraft Purchase Agreement and offered through the Training Services Catalogue.

The Head of A220 Pedagogy, Standards, Training Development & Services will work with a team of Training Experts, Training Solutions and Training Services managers, the Airbus Montreal Training Centre (ABSTT2), Airbus Flight Operations Support (ABSTL) and Airbus SAS.

The Head of A220 Pedagogy, Standards, Training Development & Services will also work with the Authorized Training Provider (ATP): Flight Training Alliance (FTA) and Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT).

The HO ABSTT1 is accountable to ensure the overall execution / delivery of Training Solutions and Services associated with an aircraft Purchase Agreement (PA) and/or offered through the Training Services Catalogue. It includes but it is not limited to:

Training Services Manager
  • Customer scheduling,
  • Approved Training Provider (ATP) training reports,
  • Airbus Montreal Training Center, Airbus SAS & America Training reports,
  • Customer Survey reports,
  • Airbus, ATP and customers training capacity reports,
  • Customer Entitlement utilization
Training Solutions Manager
  • Participate to the definition of specifications for training solutions to support training operations and associated roadmap and budget
  • Ensure availability of training solutions / materials,
  • Liaise with all involved Airbus departments (as per CS.SU.04) to facilitate and coordinate the development and deployment of training solutions / materials,
  • Ensure the worldwide training solutions initial deployment and monitor their usage. Provide all needed information for appropriate coordination / communication internally and externally.
  • Participate to the specifications of training needs,
  • Implementation and monitoring of project in accordance with defined roadmap
  • Propose optimization of the processes (AM0607.03) and associated procedure and tools.
  • Maintain, enhance customer assistance and advice when training services are delivered by Airbus Canada (customer care)
Any other related activities at the discretion of the HO ABSTT1.

As the ideal Candidate :
  • Have five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Aviation Training;
  • Is able to demonstrate strong leadership, strategic vision
  • Is highly commercial & customer focused with intellectual rigor
  • Is a disciplined individual who sets and works to strict deadlines
  • Has solid project management skills
  • Has proven leadership skills
  • Is able to fully assess situations, address issues, solve problems and make clear concise recommendations on key operational decisions
  • Is a self-motivated individual with high level of initiative and commitment
  • Has the ability to demonstrate good communication skills, stakeholder management and team spirit.
  • Is able to work in a multicultural environment.
