Customer Service
Checking emails and voicemails / responding in a timely fashion
Assisting OTs/ PTs, schools, rehab centres and families with rehab equipment administrative needs and coordinating service appointments
Order/ quote entry and processing administratively through to invoicing
Coordinating paeds technician appointments with schools and therapists
Keeping spreadsheets updated
Complete training and certifications as required
Daily processing, maintenance and overall management each interaction with HME kids dept related to school accounts and beyond
Helping within the paediatric rehab department in daily tasks
Management of reports as required by management
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma
Post-Secondary education is not required but considered a definite asset
Medical or rehabilitation based certification is not required but considered a definite asset
Prerequisites
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience in sales / customer service
Comfortable contacting clients and healthcare professionals over the telephone, email and speaking to them in person
Strong business development skills
Works harmoniously and effectively with others
Self-motivated, excel in working independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi task
Detail oriented and very organized
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and POS based software
Job Types: 20 Month Contract. Minimum 40 hours per week
