A completed M.A. in Art Conservation, Conservation of Cultural Heritage, Conservation Science, or a closely related discipline is required. A Ph.D. in one of these areas will be considered an asset. Demonstrated professional experience in the conservation field. Previous university-level teaching experience is preferred but not required. A demonstrated ability to engage students in experiential learning environments is essential. This may be shown through examples of hands-on learning design, community-engaged projects, or collaboration with museums and cultural institutions.
