Effectively recruiting qualified candidates to work with us, delivering caregiver, CCA and nursing services in homes, hospitals and in care facilities.

Hours Of Work:



weekday shifts flexible hours can be full or part time

8-4, 9-5 or 10-6. The hours can be adjusted within these times or similar.

Primary Responsibilities:



Office Administration:



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization. Manage schedules, appointments, and office communications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client and caregiver documentation. Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and staff. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and problem-solving. Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Hiring & Recruitment:



Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals. Post job listings on various platforms and actively recruit candidates. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with RWHC's values and care standards. Manage the onboarding process, including background checks, reference verifications, and credentialing. Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and industry standards in all hiring practices. Maintain relationships with job boards, colleges, and healthcare associations to build a strong talent pipeline.

Employee Relations & Compliance:



Support employee engagement and retention strategies to maintain a motivated workforce. Assist in scheduling training and professional development opportunities for caregivers. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive employee information. Ensure accurate, timely documentation and/or phone calls, both external and internal Enter all critical and relevant information into the system for appropriate follow-up and documentation record keeping

Qualifications:



Must have prior office administration experience Hiring experience an asset Must have good computer skills and be proficient in using a computer and cell phone Demonstrate exceptional communication, using professional etiquette Be able to remain composed in stressful situations Combine strong interpersonal skills with problem-solving abilities Be self-directed as to manage time and priorities effectively Homecare knowledge or a healthcare background will be considered an asset Must have clear criminal record check and clear vulnerable sector check prior to hire

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
