Job Description

We're looking for a creative and motivated Videographer to follow me on a day-to-day basis and capture engaging, behind-the-scenes, vlog-style content. The goal is to produce high-energy short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) that highlight lifestyle, entrepreneurship, and brand storytelling.

You'll be joining me in daily activities -- from meetings and events to casual moments -- and turning them into compelling social media content that feels authentic, dynamic, and shareable.

Responsibilities
Film day-to-day activities in a vlog-style format, optimized for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Capture both raw, candid footage and cinematic moments using creative camera movement and composition. Edit content into short-form videos with engaging pacing, captions, trending sounds, and hooks. Stay ahead of social trends, memes, and editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive. Manage media organization, backups, and delivery of finished videos on a consistent schedule. Collaborate on creative ideas, storytelling angles, and campaign concepts.
Requirements
Strong videography skills with a proven portfolio (ideally Reels/TikToks with vlog-style storytelling). Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Knowledge of social media trends, pacing, hooks, and storytelling for short-form content. Ability to follow along on a busy daily schedule and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments. Creative eye for framing, lighting, and capturing authentic moments. Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong communication skills. Based in Toronto / GTA and available for in-person, day-to-day shoots.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience creating content for influencers, entrepreneurs, or lifestyle brands. Owns professional gear (camera, stabilizer, mic, drone, etc.). Graphic / motion design skills for enhanced edits.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
