As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching the team to ensure adherence to Agile methodologies. You will also act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis
Understanding of software development processes and technologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress
Guide the team on Scrum practices and principles
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any issues
