We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Salesforce Developer. This role involves working closely with our business strategy and technology teams to develop innovative solutions using Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development, particularly in Field Service Lightning, and be able to provide expert guidance and support to our engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- Strong understanding of business domain functionality and technology options
- Experience in providing expert counseling and support for robust application development
- Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud development
- Experience in contributing to CRM transformation projects
- Familiarity with DevOps development and process efficiencies
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices
- Assess and analyze business strategy, requirements, and technology choices
- Act as a Salesforce SME to upskill staff and provide training
- Ensure solutions factor in resiliency, scalability, and security
- Support scrum teams in gathering requirements and developing functionality
- Stay current on Salesforce's development platform and implement best practices
