We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various tools and platforms to identify potential candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Duties
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organization.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Assist in training development initiatives related to recruitment processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruiting or HR sourcing is preferred.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro is a plus.
Strong research skills with the ability to leverage various platforms for lead generation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of training development principles is desirable.
Experience in sales or lead generation can be beneficial in understanding candidate engagement strategies.
Proficiency in HRIS systems is advantageous.
