Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across various settings, including acute care and pediatrics. Administer medications and manage pain management protocols effectively. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide case management services to coordinate patient care and follow-up. Perform phlebotomy and laboratory tests as required, ensuring adherence to medical protocols. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Uphold high standards of medical terminology knowledge while interacting with patients and staff.

Skills

Proficient in patient care practices with a strong focus on nursing principles. Experience in hospital settings or acute care environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with pain management techniques and medication administration protocols. Background in case management, pediatrics, home care, or senior care preferred. Knowledge of dementia care practices is an asset for working with elderly patients. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Experience with children or in nursing home environments is beneficial for this role.
