Journeyperson & Foreman Electricians Apprentice Electricians (2nd Year and Above)

Compensation & Schedule



Journeyperson Rate:


$50.25/hour (includes $2/hour retention bonus)

Apprentice Rates

(plus $1/hour retention bonus):

4th Year: $33.78 3rd Year (2nd Term): $31.36 3rd Year (1st Term): $28.95 2nd Year (2nd Term): $26.54 2nd Year (1st Term): $24.13 1st Year (2nd Term): $21.71 1st Year (1st Term): $19.30

Schedule:


Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
40 regular hours + 9 paid travel hours per week
Travel to site Monday morning and return Friday afternoon

Additional Benefits



$80/day LOA (tax-free for Regina-based employees) Fleet vehicles available for travel Bi-annual retention bonus: $2/hour for Journeypersons $1/hour for Apprentices
(Applies to regular, overtime, and travel hours - conditions apply)

Key Qualifications



Previous electrical experience (hospital experience is a bonus) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Main Responsibilities



Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment Interpret technical drawings and specifications Set up data cabling and fiber optics Follow all safety protocols and maintain documentation
