What You'll Do

Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline in Essex County Prospect through cold calls, networking, referrals, and site drives Identify decision-makers and

close

high-value roofing projects Conduct roof qualification walkthroughs with technical support Deliver proposals focused on performance, lifecycle, and ROI Track all opportunities and follow-up through our CRM (JobNimbus) Represent North London Roofing as the leader in commercial roof coatings and roofing

What You Need

A

hunter mentality

-- relentless about winning business Proven B2B sales success (construction/high-ticket preferred) Strong communication and objection-handling skills Independently driven and confident working in the field Coachable and motivated to level up professionally and financially Valid driver's license and ability to attend site visits

Compensation$80,000-$250,000

(Performance-based,
