Jardeg Construction is recruiting Instrumentation Technician Apprentices and Journeypersons to join Integrated Constructors for their Turnaround at Cenovus Upgrader in Lloydminster, SK. You will be working on the Turnaround event starting as soon as possible until July 2024. It will be on a 6/1 OR 12/2 shift, with opportunity to work post-TA until July 1, 2024. Turnaround duration will be approximately 4 weeks. Candidates must drive to and from project location in Lloydminster. A Living Out Allowance of $170 per day for eligible candidates (non-locals) and Travel Assistance program. Instrumentation Technicians install, maintain and repair the measuring and control devices used in industrial and commercial processing. They work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer devices used to measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will:
Install, test, calibrate valves, switches and measurement devices.
Work with variety of pneumatic, electrical and electronic testing instrument to measure and control variables.
Experience with tube bending with various sizes of tube benders.
Position Qualifications:
Instrumentation Technician Registered Apprentice or Certified Journeyperson.
