We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Hiring Hiring. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process in our applicant tracking system.
Assist in the development of onboarding materials and processes for new hires.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company.
Experience
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
