We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, and production activities. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in diverse environments. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas as needed. Help set up job sites by organizing materials and equipment. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic maintenance.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is an advantage. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
