Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and inquiries. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all food handling regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, sanitation, and customer service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
