We are seeking a skilled and innovative Developer to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and a passion for creating accessible and responsive digital products. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid hands-on experience in React, Node.js, Express, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in designing reusable and efficient React components with Redux.
• Knowledge of React server-side rendering.
• Experience building user interfaces with scalability and mobile responsiveness in mind.
• Proficiency in developing front-end applications in compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate technical vision and outcomes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in conducting accessibility testing throughout the design and development processes.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy to their needs.
• Knowledge of building digital products with accessibility in mind.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and responsive front-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features efficiently.
• Ensure that all digital products are accessible and meet required guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
