We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Full-Time (F.T) and Part-Time (P.T) Employees. This role is ideal for those passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the food industry. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Prepare food items following established recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred, particularly in the restaurant or food service industry. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Food handlers certificate is an asset. Knowledge and passionate about cooking is an asset.
