With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, we are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment and Truck & Transport Technician to join our team.

As a Heavy Equipment and Truck & Transport Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and trailers. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and other mechanical systems related to heavy equipment and transport vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, trucks, and transport vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
• Work on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment or Truck & Transport Technician.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Valid driver's license (Class 3 or higher is an asset).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$50.00 per hour

• mechanical: 2 years (required)
